Send
mid-year reports to colleges you’ve been accepted to.
If college(s) and universities you’ve
been accepted to require Mid-Year Grade Reports, have your
high school counselor send them. Mid-Year Grade Reports
are a report card of your fall 2007 grades.
Mid-Year Grade Reports
Go to each college’s website to see if they require
a Mid-Year Grade Report (look in the “Admissions” section
of the website). If the Mid-Year Report is required:
- Print out a copy of the Report.
- Complete the top portion of the Mid-Year Report form for
each college and university with your name, address, etc.
- Give the Report forms to your high school counselor with
a cover letter.
Give your counselor stamped, self-addressed envelopes for each
Mid-Year Grade Report.
