Complete
the GPA verification form (California students only).
Print out a GPA Verification
form or pick one up from your high school administration office,
fill out the name and address portion of the form, and return
it to the office (California students only). Your high
school will complete the form by filling in your grade point
average information. When the form is completed, your
high school counselor will submit it electronically or will
mail it to the California Student Aid Commission before March
1, 2008.
